I’ve been having a few issues trying to get this up and running.

The first session did not time out correctly when I closed to chat on the website side, meaning new incoming chats ended up saying that it was offline. I tried to force close them with !end but that had no effect. I uninstalled and reinstalled after awhile, and now it will accept a new chat initially, but none of the responses show up in FlexyChat. It doesn’t seem to matter if I am using gmail.com, a desktop client, or a phone client, none seem to be able to send responses to FlexyTalk on the site.

    What am I doing wrong?

Hi, please try again. There was a big deploy going on the last hours.
    Thanks

    Sebastian.

Seems to be working now, thanks! Two other questions, first how long does it take for it to assume the user has left the chat after they have left the page and closed the window?

Second, is there a way to have it open in a full window chat on a page (e.g. mysite.com/chat) instead of a as a side panel widget?

Third question I suppose, does the paid version cover multiple sites? I have a few WordPress sites all tying to the same business but I’m running them as independent sites. Can I use the same “license” for all of them or do I need a new subscription per site?

    1) 5 minutes

    2) Yes, but is undocumented, and the chat widget will be displayed without the header. It runs within an iframe. View an example here: https://flexytest.azurewebsites.net/381-2 . When you subscribe to a premium plan I’ll help you with the iframe url. One problem is that if the user reloads the page the chat session is lost

    3) Yes, you only need one license and can be installed in multiple sites.
