messages not loading

  • I have actually 2 issues:

    1. Old messages are not loading
    2. New messages are not sent

    What can I do to troubleshoot these issues? I see no errors in the console. I have followed the troubleshooting steps, and if you need I can upload debug chat logs.

    Before the last update messages were loaded and new messages could be sent.

    Scroll down Select download of previous version.

    Download manually, then upload install as a regular plugin, right over 3.3 version.

    WordPress will ask to keep 3.3 or downgrade, just downgrade to 3.2 until fixed.

    Please update to 3.3.1. Then please try to de-activate and activate the plugin again. If this does not help please enable debug mode and try to search for any error message related to Wise Chat.

    What error messages did you get ? Have you checked PHP logs?

    Have you tried de-activation and activation after the update?
