• Hello,

On my website I have about 80 contact forms each linked to a different receiver address. Sometimes people do not receive e-mails and they are not either in their spam folder. Here is how my contact forms are structured:

    – I use [email protected] address in the FROM field and I have created this address.
    – The SUBJECT field starts with a pre-defined sentence and is then followed by [your-subject]. Could this pre-defined sentence be interpreted as spam?
    – I use a Reply-To header
    – I send a second confirmation e-mail to the person filling in the form.

Could the part of SUBJECT that is “fixed” be the problem?

    Thanks,

    Nicolas
