https://sa.korfball.org.au/beach-korf-2017-announced/ is the page with the form which doesn’t seem to want to register

What other plugins do you use?

Why do you use such outdated version of WordPress and plugins?

Honestly, I’m not 100% sure, to either question, like I said I’m not the main man.

I don’t think its a plugin conflict ( I did do some googling), because other forms on the site (https://sa.korfball.org.au/beach-korf-set-up-requests-for-tender/) are still recording submissions.

I have the same problem on my site. I already deactivated some plugins (some are realy needed and can’t be deactivated) but with no results.

It used to work perfectly, so it has something to do with a recent update of a plugin/theme/wordpress.
