Messages not being delivered to some addresses

Hi,
there’s a problem with forwarding order confirmation to the client’s email.
After writing with Google assistance they gave me following instruction:
“You just need to tell them that you re using SMTP and you need to add their IP address for your SPF records in Google Workspace
They will let you know because this is a common issue and they will already know that you need to add the IP address on your SPF records”I hope you can help.
