    Hi –

    Plugin claims to have successfully sent test messages, but the messages never arrive to either my email or my spam folder. Any thoughts?

    I’ve determined that the messages are being sent. They are blocked by GMail. They aren’t sent to the spam folder. They simply don’t appear at all. If I send to a non-Gmail box, the messages arrive, though they are marked as potential spam, though I have created the spf and dmarc records.

    If the emails are being delivered to other mailboxes besides Gmail, then it seems there might be some issues with your email configuration or there might be some filters set up on the Gmail recipient email account.

    To troubleshoot this, please confirm first that there are no filters in the Gmail account you are sending emails to that’s blocking your emails from being delivered.

    After sending the test email, please click the button to Check your score. (https://i.imgur.com/BCeJaq4.png)

    This will show if there are any issues with your DKIM, SPF, or DMARC records, and you can fix them accordingly.
