Messages en up in Spam or Inbox

  • Hi,
    I tested this plugin by using WP PHP mailer and sendinblue
    I’ve sent a test messages to two different gmail addresses.
    Test message arrived in Inbox in one address and in Spam in the other.
    Why is this happening?
    is it possible to fix it? How?

    Thanks for reaching out. Messages could reach on spambox for many reasons such depending upon your DNS records, your domain reputation, sender’s address, email content, etc. Please make sure you’ve verified your domain with Sendinblue and ‘From Email’ is the same as the verified address. If you confirm these and is still having an issue, could you please download the email from spam box and share the email with us?
