    I have been using Icegram to pop-up a message for a long time. Today I discovered that it does not appear anymore. I tried another browser, clearing the cache, it did not resolve the problem.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @erikmathlener,

    We have checked this on our end with the latest version but are unable to replicate it. Could you tell us if this issue is occurring with the latest version of the plugin on your end?

    If yes, then as the first step, in order to rule out any possible plugin conflict-related issue, could you please install the free plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting by WordPress (it is developed by the www.remarpro.com team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations) and keep only Icegram plugin active on the admin side of your site and then see if the campaign appears or not?

    Hi Asmi Patel,

    Yes, I have installed the latest version of the plugin: 2.1.4
    Also running the latest WordPress version: 5.9.2

    I did some testing with the Health Check plugin. This is what I found:

    1. Critical issue: REST API error, cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
    2. Critical issue: Loopback request, cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
    3. With all plugins active, but plugin Layerslider inactive: Icegram pops up nicely.

    So, Layerslider is frustrating the party. Strangely enough, I have a test environment with the same versions, and Icegram pops up perfectly there. I don’t get it.

    What is your advice?

    Thanks for sharing more details.
    Based on the information you have shared, we have tested Icegram with the other plugin but haven’t come across this issue yet. Looks like the issue might be occurring due to some specific setting enabled.

    Can you let us know if both the environments are similarly set up or have different configurations or plugin settings?

    Hi Asmi,

    Thank you for your efforts to help me!
    Both environments should be identical: same WP-versions, same plugins, same settings. But obviously something is different as the alert IS showing on the test environment, but not on the production environment. I have checked every setting on icegram more than once, and they are identical.

    Isn’t it strange?
