Messages disappear in widget window

    Hello,
    Just installed plugin, set-up bot, set-up group, connect everything. But strange behavior:
    1. Visitor opens widget, sees “welcome message”, send message / question.
    2. Visitor’s message goes into group. But no topic created (topic feature was activated)
    3. When group admin answers, visitor could not see the answer, moreover, messages sent by visitor also disappear.

    WordPress 6.7.1
    WooCommerce 9.5.1
    But PHP version is 7.4.2 (in plugin description requires 8+). Maybe it causes problem?

    Hello,
    Make sure the bot has admin rights in the group and can manage topics

    Thanks, @guruteam ! That was the problem. Now everything works well.

    p.s. When I added bot to the group as admin, I also set up permission “manage topics” for it. But later this permission appeared switched off. Maybe due some bug in Telegram app…
