Message: You cannot longer edit your issue

    This message seems to appear when the message is marked resolved and also when we add new status and then delete them.

    There are two different messages:
    1) “You cannot longer edit your issue because its status has changed”
    This one appears when issue’s status changed, to prevent citizen editing info in the future

    2) “This issue is under moderation and is not yet published”
    This one appears when moderation is activated and issue is still pending for approval (publish by admin)
