Message with a URL will always fail

    When submitting a message from Contact Form 7 at https://www.datanumen.com/contact/, if I include a URL in the form, then the submission will always fail, see below:

    Do you have some mechanism that works like anti-spam or security module that prevent anyone send a message with URL?

    There could be a few potential causes and solutions for this problem:

    1. URL Validation: Contact Form 7 has built-in URL validation that might be preventing the submission if it detects a URL in certain fields. By default, it considers URLs as potential spam. You can try disabling URL validation in the form settings. To do this, go to the Contact Form 7 settings in your WordPress dashboard, find the form in question, and look for the “Validation” tab. Inside the tab, uncheck the “URL” option or any other validation rule that might be causing the issue.
    2. Security Plugins or Firewall: If you have security plugins or a firewall installed on your WordPress site, they might be blocking form submissions containing URLs as a security measure. Check your security plugin or firewall settings and ensure that they are not blocking legitimate form submissions. You may need to whitelist URLs or adjust the security settings accordingly.

    Sorry but I check the form and there is no “Validation” tab, see below:

    Also I have uninstalled WordFence so there is no Firewall Plugin in my WP.

    @chcw I think it’s better to take a look at the backend of the site.

    How to do so? Does Contact Form 7 produce an error log so that I can diagnose the issue?

    I have deactivated all other plugins, except for Contact Form 7. But still get this error. Why?

    I also set the theme to the default WP theme. But still fail.
