Message: unexpected error happened while processing the donation

    Hi there,

    I have both WP and the Give plugin up to date. When someone tries to submit a donation they will get he following error message
    “unexpected error happened while processing the donation”
    and obviously the donation doesn’t go throw.

    Any idea on how to fix this problem?

    Hi @bisheralissa,

    Happy to help.

    Anytime there’s a payment error in the front-end, there’s a more detailed message in the back-end under Donations -> Tools -> Logs.
    Click the eye icon next to any recent error message and copy/paste the full error message in your next reply.

    This will give us more context about the problem.
