    Hello,
    I have seen that when I confirm an appointment, I can type an internal note. Should be useful if I could pur also a note for the customer in case, for example, I change da time or date of the appointment.
    Is this feature included in any addon or it doen’t exist at all?

    Thank you for your message.

    If you change the date and time for the appointment, you can Send notification via Appointments section, so your customers will get email notification with new details.

    Or do you mean that such internal note option should be presented in Customers section as well?

    Thank you for your reply. Yes I mean this. Sending a note to the customer to pay attention to the new date or time of the new reservation so that he can accept or decline new appointment.
