    I recieved this:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    jama*********@hotmail.com
    host smtp.mailchannels.net [34.209.97.126]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 5.7.1 [BFD] Sender prohibited by SPF

    What can I do ??
Also, when I test emails, they go right to the SPAM folder.

  • Hi @freddyee,

Thanks for reaching out. The error means that the sender of the email is not accepted. Please check ‘From Email’ in WP Mail SMTP settings, make sure that is authenticated (SMTP username) and the domain has proper SPF records. If the emails are going to your spam, your domain is likely lacking proper SPF records. You might want to contact your web host support to check the records.

    I hope this helps!
