Hello! I am using the latest version of the plugin on my website. It is active and it seems to be working. However, I have tested the site multiple times with GTmetrix and lighthouse and I always get the message “Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy”. All the files display a TTL of “none”. I am not sure if there is a problem and how I can solve it…
    Thanks a lot!

Update: using giftofspeed.com cache checker I have noticed the only the home page is cached, and no other file. PageSpeed finds many css and js files that are not cached…

I set up the expiration headers manually in the htaccess. I don’t know if this is to be expected, but now it seems to work.

Thanks for letting us know this was resolved. If you have questions about WP Super Cache in the future, feel free to open a new thread.

Just in case someone else comes across this thread, WP Super Cache doesn’t change the cache policy of static files like css, image, and JS files. You’ll need another plugin to do that. Jetpack Boost will help with that.
