• Help please this is driving me nuts…

We have two websites hosted by BlueHost. contentcaptureservices.net and contentcaptureservices.com. Both use Contact 7 webforms. With exactly the same setup in the plugin .net works fine .com does not.

I am trying to get the .com website to send a message to [email protected]. This email works fine for general day to day things. But if you fill the form in and press send it says sent but it never arrives.

The .net has exactly the same setup and also is set to send to [email protected] these emails say sent and also ARRIVE.

The only difference between the two is the .com website has an SSL certificate and is https.

    Any ideas?

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on (https://www.contentcaptureservices.com)

Nothing ticked or entered in anything below that i.e:

Exclude lines with blank mail-tags from output

    Use HTML content type

    File Attachments

    Mail (2)
    Use Mail (2)
Mail (2) is an additional mail template often used as an autoresponder.

    I’m having the same issue…
I even created an email “[email protected]” so that my email server wouldn’t think it’s spam. I have website hosting from bluehost, but my email server is Office 365 through GoDaddy. I also uninstalled and installed the contact form 7 plugin, but no luck. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

And I’ve got the same issue.
It’s driving me crazy. I set an email from gmail on which I would like to recive mails from my contact form. I set it like show below, and it worked for one mail.
Then I try to sent next few mails but non of them arrived. But if you fill the form in and press send it says sent.
    My settings:

    To
    [email protected]
    From
    [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject
    [your-subject]
    Message Body
    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]
    Message:
    [your-message]

    I found the solution:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-send-email-in-wordpress-using-the-gmail-smtp-server/

It works with gmail, but I think it will work with other as well.

I don’t think that’s the issue, to be honest. Because I can send emails from the contact form to my gmail account just fine, but when I try to send it to office365 to my domain email, it doesn’t work. My domain email is through godaddy and my website hosting is through bluehost.

Still not got a solution. My domain is hosted by BlueHost the live chat guy said that as part of the Office 365 setup various DNS changes were made so something now points at Office 365 as opposed to BlueHost and this is blocking emails coming from any part of WordPress (for example the admin function) including the Contact 7 Form. He offered a PHP script but as he was not a developer and the plugin was third party he cold do little more. He said he could switch the DNS settings back but is would knock out the functionality I need in Office 365.

So still looking for a solution.

    Hi Matt Barnes!!

    Do you find the solution??
