Message sending but spinning

    Hi
    we have a contact us form on the homepage and although the message is sending it shows as spinning and no message sent to customers.

    we have had this on the site for a long time but it is suddenly doing this

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Hi, I am having this same issue since updating. The wheel just keeps spinning – no “message sent” message appears on-screen, though the email will go through. I am also no longer seeing error messages pop up, even if I have missing required fields. The page is https://thego-tolist.com/contact/

    I am allowing pop-ups on this site in my (Chrome) browser.

    It’s not an issue with the theme I’m using (Dollah Premium). Some plugins I’m using are Cookie Notice, Envira Gallery, MemberPress Plus, Yoast, Subscribe to Comments Reloaded, WP Like (not an exhaustive list). Any thoughts?

    Just wanted to update for the original poster that after updating some plugins today, the emails are now going through again. I wish I could say which one was the culprit, but I’d suggest trying again today to update plugins.
