Message Saying try again pressing Back button…

I keep getting a message saying
“Please try again pressing Back button, if the processing is stopped on the way.”
What is this message? Why am I getting it?
I have about 15,000 media files that I am trying to import into my media manager. That is why this plugin would be a life saver if it worked for me. I keep getting this message when it starts. I think this may have to do with allowed timing, but I went and changed my php.ini file on a line that said “user_ini.cache_ttl” to 3600 (which is 60 minutes)… Is that what I need to do?
How do I get this working for me?
