I have a rather large contact form. All the fields work except 4.
Two of them are required, but when you fill them out and hit send, an error message appears saying “please fill out required field”.
They are the first Logo “Placement Location Code” “width” fields
The other two are not required but when submitted say “please fill out required field”
They are the second Logo “Placement Location Code” “width” fields
I have tried putting in new code for these two several times with no luck.
I used tables to style the form, is this causing the problem?
Also, when getting the error message, you need to refresh the form rather then being able to just click on the field that needs to be filled out. Kinda a pain since it is a large form.https://glacierclothing.com/decoration-order/
