    Hi,

    When I add an item to my cart, it gives the same red message as it does to other visitors when the product is out of stock. This causes massive confusion that the product is not available even though they added it themselves.

    Am I missing a configuration option to make sure that my cart has an appropriate message when the product is in my cart?

    There is a configuration option ‘Append Included Items to Pending Order Text’ that by default should append ‘Pending orders include %CSR_NUM_ITEMS% items already added to your cart.’ Where %CSR_NUM_ITEMS% will be replaced by the number in the users cart.
