    Hi! I installed the free version of the plugin to test it but it’s not showing the message in the cart. What could be wrong? thank you

    Hi,

    In the plugin’s settings Cart tab can you make sure you have Enabled the section. If it is still not displaying after enabling the section, In the Cart tab, try and change the Position of the message.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I’ve enabled in the cart and tested several positions. I’m using a very common theme which is Astra. Do I need to set the “Minimum cart amount” field? I’ve tried to change it but it still doesn’t display the message. Thanks

    Hi,

    Can you try and change the amount in Min Cart Amount field to $1 and let me know if it works.

    Basically that is the amount that is required in the cart before the shipping message can be displayed.
