Message not showing after user hits Submit

    Hi,

    If you go to the page mentioned in this support request, fill the form, and click Submit, the setting for the form are set to display a message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” and such. However, the message is not displayed after the user hits Submit.

    Any idea? I cleared the cache and tried to enable/disable plug-ins and see if some other scripts are running, but couldn’t find anything.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Thank you for the reply.

    I have several other plugins. But- I deactivated all of them (one by one to try to find the culprit), flushed the cache each time, and it’s still not showing the message.

    I also removed all header/footer scripts – it doesn’t help.

    The theme has been recently updated to its latest version. Can it be the theme?

    Nevermind. I’m sorry. I found the culprit – it was in the css.
