Message not arrived + provider name

Hi,
I’m using Contact Form 7 to receive messages from my users; when they fill the form they should receive an email from CF7 with a confirm message.1) I set the “Message panel” for that but I don’t receive any mail from my tests
2) I found a workaround and set the “Mail (2)” fields to do that job, but I recive an email showing that the message was sent with my provider with also Provider nameHow can I fix those problems?
