Message in Order Complete email

    When the PDF Invoices & Packing slips plugin is activated, a message is added to the Order Complete email to say “An invoice will be raised by <<company name>>”.

    How can I edit this message please?

    Hi @nettlraj,

    I’m afraid that our plugin doesn’t add a text like that to your WooCommerce email notifications. Maybe you’re using a third-party plugin, or a code snippet that do it?

    If you don’t know it, and want extra help with this request, please send the system status, so we could take a look and try to find out which plugin do this. You’ll find it underWooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Copy for support, paste it on https://pastebin.com/ (set a paste expiration for one week, just in case), and finally paste the pastebin.com link in your reply here.

    Hi Yordan,

    You’re right, it wasn’t this plugin – it was actually the description text in the Payment Method that gets added to the email.

    But massive kudos to you for offering to help me diagnose this even though it’s nothing to do with your plugin! Thank you!
