    I hope you are great

    I continue to receive the following errors on a daily basis

    Hi @amirbani

    We understand that you’re experiencing the “Commands out of sync” error. This can be due to several reasons such as the following:

    1. Issue due to a cache plugin
    2. If the memory size is exhausted
    3. An incompatible plugin or theme

    I recommend the following:

    1. If you’re using any cache plugin or server cache, could you please disable it temporarily and check if the error persists?
    2. Please check if your site’s database memory size is exhausted.
    3. Another option to isolate the problem is by a conflict test. Please switch to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

    If you’ve tried these steps and are still facing the same issue, please provide with us the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
