    This should only appear if the plugin hasn’t been configured. Have you selected at least one post type on which to disable comments?

    Yes, I selected the option “Everywhere: Disable all comment-related controls and settings in WordPress”

    Not sure why that is happening – I’m not able to reproduce it. Can you try re-saving the settings from the settings page and see if that has any effect?

    If not, can you let me know what post types are listed on the settings page under “On certain post types”?

    Thanks for your quick replies. I’ve run a couple of more test across a couple of different sites and hosting environments. It turns out that we had conflicting code in our own themes that caused this problem. I should have looked a little further before posting here, sorry for that.
