Message for devs

Please look into the following:

When a broken link is re-scanned it should also check to see if that link still exists in the source document. When we changed a site URL recently there was still a whole lot of “broken” links which no longer existed in the source document.

Also, please add !important to the default text decoration as many themes are overriding the line-through.
