Message Field rendering as Text Input Field for Non Admins

  • When using either the ACF Frontend Form or New Post Form block in Elementor, if a message block is added, the message block will render as an ACF text field instead of rendering out the message written when the form was created.

    This error has been seen on 3.3.35, 3.3.33, 3.3.32, 3.3.9, 3.2.21, 3.2.16, 3.2.9 using WP Rollback.

    It seems to be working correctly on 3.2.7.

    Could you help me figure out why the message field isn’t rendering correctly?
