Message Field

  • Hello! I need your help. In Active Campaing lists I have the message field with the type “Text area” but when I trying to link the client’s message with the message field in the form. Does not appear. Only the message field appears in other places such as name, email, (those fields with text type). But in those that I put type Text Area it does not appear to link it. I hope I have explained myself well. A greeting

    Hi there,

    I’m not quite sure what you are trying to do so you might have give me a bit more context as to how you are trying to use the plugin.

    If you are trying to create custom fields on ActiveCampaign and have them populated from WooCommerce by this plugin then that is not possible. Only name (first and last), email, phone number and tags are synchronised.

    Thanks for your answer! I am going to try to explain something better to you even though you are not wrong way. In active campaign I have the fields Name, Email, … and also a message. The message style type is Text Area. Now I go to WordPress, I create a form with name email and MESSAGE, but when I try to link this field with the MESSAGE field of Active campaign, I cannot. I can’t connect a field that is a text area. The field name, email or whatever. Any field can be connected as long as it is not the Text area field.

    Yes I think I understand ok. I’m afraid this plugin wc-ac-hook cannot help. It only does the specific fields (name, phone, email, tags). I suggest you take a look at the ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce WordPress plugin that uses their ‘Deep Data Integration’ and might be able to achieve what you want.
