I have had bluehost tech support helping. They changed all configuration settings that they thought might cause a problem but the issue persists.

    It’s not bluehost
Postman SMTP sends emails from my account fine
I have no cache plugin, no spam controls.

Where can I see the site? How have you set up your Form and Mail? What other plugins and theme do you use?

I was just about to write a follow up email.

I am in China, I am using a vpn for reCaptcha.

Although the recaptcha is showing that the selection of images is correct with a green tick it is reporting a failure. There is no outward sign of this.

I tried a different contact form, and the reCaptcha on their form was cycling, it was ticking green but then it was looping, offering another reCaptcha.

I found some other reports of this looping behaviour online and it was attributed to VPNs.

I switched off my desktop vpn app, and turned on a different vpn service on my router, the loop stopped and I could submit the form.

I then swapped back to CF7, and now the issue is gone and I can use it.

For some reason there was no outward sign that the reCaptcha was failing, it was all greenlit.

    Thanks
