• Undoubtedly this is a nice plugin. I have the same issues like someone already raised.

    On desktop it does not show up but on mobile. Logically if this is due to other plugins, why the problem does not seen on mobile. Sorry, I don’t have knowledge on web programming. However I don’t have any plugin issues.

    Would you please check and advise us accordingly. We want to use this plugin. Its lightweight, simple, user friendly.

  • Have you followed the steps in the other post you mention? That is:

    • use Twenty Fifteen theme
    • disable other plugins
    • test to confirm the plugin is working correctly
    • re-enable each plugin one by one, retesting at each step

    Dear Author

    Thanks for your reply.

    Once again I have disabled all the plugins but the results are same do not appear on Laptop. Its happened on Chrome & Firefox Browser

    On Mobile it shows up correctly. I have checked it on Internet Browser, it appears on Laptop/Desktop as well.

    Did you also change the theme to Twenty Fifteen?

    I am using premium theme for londonvisit.uk. I don’t want to change it to Twenty Fifteen.

    So your plugin does only work specific theme like Twenty Fifteen?

    No – the point is to eliminate possible causes of the error. If you don’t want to change themes temporarily, please ensure your theme uses wp_footer () and that there are no JS errors.

    I have no tech knowledge to that level for temoporary changes of themes. I see a file named footer.php where the following is written. You will understand what you are saying. How do i check JS error. I am yet to see any typr of error.

    <?php $shortname = “pro_blog”; ?>
    <div class=”footer_copyright_cont”>
    <div class=”footer_copyright”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <?php echo stripslashes(stripslashes(get_option($shortname.’_copyright_text’,”))); ?>
    <div class=”clear”></div>
    </div><!–//container–>
    </div><!–//footer_copyright–>
    </div><!–//footer_copyright_cont–>
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
    </body>
    </html>

    I can see some JS errors in Chrome. You could speak to the theme developer?
