Message Displayed At End Of Quiz – behaviour question

I want to skip the last step of the quiz, because i have no text for.
There is the textarea with the current message:

Message Displayed At End Of Quiz (Leave Blank To Omit Text Section)

Does that mean there is just no text or the whole step will get excluded?

I though the step would get skipped and i would get redirected directly to the result.
But that’s not the case. I now do have an empty space with the Button for showing the results. That feels a bit strange…
