    Hi,
    I am getting a customer that is seeing the message “country not supported” when submitting the Checkout page for my monthly plan. She is from South Africa (I see South Africa in the dropdown) and wanted to pay with a credit card.

    I have the latest version of PMPro, all plugins are up to date, and I’m using the standard PMPro checkout page. I use Paypal Website Payments Pro as my payment gateway.

    Any ideas?`

    Hi there,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    This sounds like PayPal could have blocked the transaction via the onsite credit card fields. I recommend that your customer try to use the “Checkout with PayPal” option instead.

    Please reach out to PayPal Support to investigate this further and see if it’s possible to enable credit card payments for South African customers.
