Message Box Not Active on Mobile

    What did you mean by not active? Cannot you click that box? Or box not showing? or something else?
    Do you have separate theme page for mobile device? Can you provide us link to your message page?

    I can see Message Menu with the + sign on the button, but unable to click it.

    Can you deactivate all other plugins and change your theme to one of default theme (Twenty*) then check? If working then activate one by one and check.
