message box no longer works

It appears something has changed with wp_editor() in 3.9.

I will try and look into this later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Can you check this again in 3.9.1? My sites updated overnight to 3.9.1 and I am no longer seeing this issue.

Sorry to butt into another user’s thread, but I am using 3.9.1 and am having this problem too. Can write in the subject box, but not the actual message body. It was first noticed (by another user) about two weeks ago.

This issue has been reported twice. The update from 3.9 to 3.9.1 fixed the problem I had as well as another user. The other report I had turned out to be another plugin that once updated, the problem went away.

If you’re still having this problem, try temporarily disabling all other plugins except Email Users to see if the problem persists. If it goes away, which I expect it will, enable your other plugins one at a time until you identify the conflicting plugin.
