Message and User Fields Aren't showing

  • I’ve tried other similar plugins but I like the usability of this one. However, I can’t get the Message or User Fields to show. I’ve changed around Placement and checked all the settings. So, I added a custom field for Description but the box is very small and I can’t place it above the upload button. I need a good description with each upload. Also, reading the previous post the Progress bar is a dot.. I understand that you are working on a CSS issue.

    Hi,

    CSS issue is hard because every theme imposes its own css rules. You can try activating “Relax CSS” setting in plugin’s settings in Dashboard, to make the plugin use less css. Maybe fields will show better this way.

    Send me the url of the page you have the plugin. Then I can help you configure the css.
