Message above specific maximum weight

Hi, congrats for this plugin as it works smoothly! However, I can’t see how to display a message when over a maximum weight has reached…
For example, I configure for country group 1, the following settings:
1|24.48|1
2|30.60|1
3|32.43|1
4|34.43|1and I would like for weight over 4kg, to display a message to contact me and stop the checkout process. Is it possible?
