mess up with admin option menu

My website suppose direct to https://www.wiredsparx.com/teddiefreakz
but few minutes ago i play around with it and change it to https://www.wiredsparx.com/teddiefreakz/index.php
out of sudden when i try to login again, everything bcome wierd. anybody please help me to get my blog back to normal ?? how do i change it back?
