MesmerizeVersion: 1.6.112 not allowing customization

Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and re-check your page with the issue? This seems to be a plugin related issue.

I deactivated every plugin accept for Mesmerize Companion. It is still not working. Please help. I recently upgrade to Pro, but still not working.

I purchased the pro upgrade. If we are able to get the theme working, then I can keep the upgrade. Can you help?

Not here they can’t. They would risk getting into real trouble here. Customers can’t be supported by any developer here, that’s not allowed.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Regular version isn’t allowing editing.

Before?I installed the Pro version, I was unable to edit the theme.? It stopped working. I uninstalled all the plugins accept mesmerize plugin and I still can’t?edit the?content.? So the regular?version isn’t working and neither is the pro version.?

You are now this developer’s customer. That entitles you to marquee support from them. You literally paid them for that.

The theme developer cannot support a customer on this site. The could lose access to this site and have their themes pulled from this site if they did.

As I explained, no developer is allowed to support customers on this site. Please avail yourself of the option you paid for.
