Merging user information

I want the functionality of two plugins, and each plugin is creating a user with attribute fields. There is some overlap, like name, email.

How can I best consolidate the information required from these two plugins so the user sees a single form on the front end?

The plugins being woo, product vendors marketplace, and I want to add a directory plugin.
