Merging Two SQL DB's for Ecommerce

  • I have a product catalog on our internal SQL server run through a quickbooks inventory management system. 1000’s of products.

    I was wondering if I could start a WordPress for the business’ main site + point the internal sql server so it sees the parts catalog for ecommerce?

    I’m thinking of a 3rd party hosting option for the site.

    Anything helps, Thanks.
