Merging two form fields values into a single note

  • I am attempting to utilize the “Add a Note” field and was curious what we need to put in that field to get the data from a certain form field. I am trying to get two different form entries into one note instead of having to use two. I have tried a few things, but haven’t been able to get it populate correctly. Is it just the form field id? or do we need to do something with the parameter names? I attempted various things with the {formurl} type syntax and couldn’t get anything to work.

    Currently, there is no way to map two fields within a note.

    The only tags in use for the freeform note field are {formurl} and {ipaddress}, which allow you to track those two values in a note if you feel the need.
