Merging Post in all Subdirectories into one Blog

I have an old blog in which topics are separated and categorized in a different directories (separate WP installations in one domain).

Now that I am making a new design with a new template I want all the post to be merge on just one Blogs (one installation only). Is it possible to transfer all the posts?
