Merging one blog into another?

    Hi guys

    I currently run 2 blogs but the domain is due for renewal on one and I don’t wish to renew it however I don’t want to lose the posts either.

    Is it possible for me to merge the expiring blog into my current blog? I found instructions on here about exporting the posts (thus losing the comments, which I don’t mind), and then importing the xml file into the current blog. I tried this but the xml file is not listed for upload when I click to search for the file from my computer?! (the instructions from here were 3yrs old, so things have changed a lot since!)

    Any other methods to do this please? Thanks

    Ok done it. I did the export/import thing – I was worried it would overwrite the current blog contents but it just adds to it. Simple!
