Merging existng wordpress blog into a wordpress website

I have an existing wordpress blog already and I want to take all that I have done and merge it with my website that is also done through wordpress. The two have two different themes. Currently, my blog has a URL as https://www.example.wordpress.com and I want it to be hosted on my website domain and changed to https://www.mywebsite.com/blog. I have the blog option with my website template. Is there a way to take all the work I’ve done and just transport it easily into new website without copying and pasting every blog entry? Thanks!
