Merging data from two custom fields

  • Hi,

    I have recently installed a new theme, where to count the post views a custom field with a key “post_views_count” is used. However in my previous themes, WordPress used a custom field with a key “views”.

    As a result, number of views for my posts are shown based on the new custom field with a key “post_views_count”.

    How can I merge “post_views_count” and “views” or make sure even a new theme continues using “views” field?

    I guess for that I will need to go to myphpadmin but what command I need to write?
