Merged Tags being Deleted Issue

    Hello,

    I have merged 2 tags A + B and provided A as the new tag name. As result both tags disappeared. Can you help with that, please? Thank you.

    @sociallyfamous Thanks for using TaxoPress and reporting this. We do see an issue and hopefully can fix this in the next release.

    @sociallyfamous I think our solution will be to clarify the text here. I think the labels may be causing confusion about how this feature operates.

    The new label will read:

    “This feature will delete existing terms and replace them with a new term. Any posts assigned to the old terms will be re-assigned to the new term.”

    So if you want to merge term “A” into term “B”, you should put “A” in the first box and “B” in the second box.
