Merged PDF Does Not Download

    Hi there,

    so I watched all videos and read all support issues here but can’t get a file to merge and be downloaded.

    System:
    WP 4.7.2
    Gravity Form 2.2.5.21
    g2PDF 3.0

    # The download shortcode is inserted.
    # It prompts the download link after submitting the form.
    # Link goes to: https://MYWEBSITE.net/?gmergeaction=download

    Nothing happens. No error messages.

    I also activated e-Mail notification. Nothing.

    The tab “completed merges” is also empty.

    I already tried…
    # upgrading to WP 4.9
    # emptying cache

    System setting show all green.

    I want to go PRO with this plugin, so please advice.
