Merge with existing customers

    Hi, I’m just trying to export the customers from a live site to a staging site but when I import, it only imports the new customers (conflicting IDs). I was just wondering if it is possible to update/merge the existing customer information (eg passwords) when I import the file.

    Hi @jarelle,

    We have released a new version for the plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version(Ver 2.0.8) and check if the issue persists or not.

    Thanks for your reply. I just updated to version 2.0.8 and tried again and but I’m still getting the error message that a number have failed and “Failed/Skipped – User with same Email already exists.”

    We are able to update the existing users successfully using the latest version plugin. Could you please share the file with which you are facing the issue so that we can check it. You may please share it with us via support.
