    Hi

    I notice when creating an event notification, the available user merge tags are, Author, last editor, publishing user. what if i want to start the email with, Hi, then add a name merge tag for the users who are receiving the email notification, who may not be the author editor or publisher, how is that done ?

    Hi, that contextual message is not possible yet, when using multiple recipients (like user role).
